Well done Joan, you’ve done it again! Joan Ransley who writes and importantly photographs the recipes for Squidbeak (as well of lots of other things. Have a look at her website) won silver last night at the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year awards. She got 3rd place last year with this picture of Ilkley geese. Congratulations Joan.
