Typical, when everyone else is sending out takeaway meals from their restaurants, maverick chef Michael O’Hare chef/patron of the Michelin starred restaurant Man Behind the Curtain has a far better wheeze, he gets you to cook it yourself.
He posts the menu on Instagram, you book via the website and he sends out a pack of ingredients then on Friday night at 8pm you cook a fancy meal led by O’Hare live on Instagram. Some of the results posted on Instagram look impressive though it’s a whopping £62 per person.
The next ‘Home Coook Along’ has veal sweetbread slider, char sui octopus hot dog and a whole roast squab pigeon prepared crispy duck style in rhubarb hoi sin served with pancakes. To finish Kalamansi sorbet.
