He’s taken on a team who would otherwise be out of work, built a brand new website for taking orders and making payments and a menu with a whole range of meats: Angus steak burger, tandoori chicken, sharing platters of pulled pork, spare ribs, chicken thighs, fries and coleslaw and a Sunday lunch of beef, chicken, pork or gammon served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, mixed vegetables and gravy, all for £9.95. There are falafel burgers and none meat dishes too.
