A number of restaurants and cafes have had residency at Dean Clough, not all of them successful for one reason or another. The timing seems just right for the team at True North; Sarah and Jamie Horsley have a work ethic and a vision to keep workers and Northern Broadsiders happily fed, and the recruitment of experienced chef Mark York signals their intent. Call in for breakfast/brunch/lunch or a pre-theatre supper – York’s Mac n Cheese with sticky pork is one of my dishes of the year, and there’s a happy, friendly vibe at play.
