It’s no secret that this wonderful family run restaurant in downtown Sowerby Bridge is one of our fave places – it’s been in our exclusive Top Ten since the start of Squidbeak all those years ago. But we update our entries when we can to report on any substantial changes.

During the Covid lockdown, like many restaurateurs, Simon and Janet Baker prepared takeaway meals. It was such a huge success that they decided to continue the model when lockdown was lifted. Today they operate as a superior takeaway and private dining events.
